MUSHROOT CHAI DEEP IMMUNITEA
The medicinal mushrooms and roots in our Mushroot Chai Deep Immunitea offer a wealth of health and vitality enhancing phytonutrients. These mushrooms are verified to be strongly cancer-preventative as well as powerfully immune protective and restorative.
Our Mushroot Chai Deep Immunitea contains reishi, chaga, shiitake and maitake mushrooms, adaptogenic and immune enhancing roots of Astragalus and is spiced with cardamom, cinnamon and ginger.
Astragalus is widely considered to be a super food for the immune system and highly regarded for its immune modulating and soothing mucilaginous qualities (think healthy digestion and respiratory function), for its adaptogenic effects as well as its good taste.
The warming spices in the blend bind with the minerals and other phytonutrients offered by the mushrooms and roots, keeping them in the bloodstream longer, thereby ensuring their bioavailability and optimal nutrient absorption by the body. Warming spices such as these enhance digestion by increasing the amount of gastric juices and also promote the elimination of toxins from the body.

The Astragalus and licorice roots in this blend were grown in our gardens. The mushrooms were cultivated, woods grown and obtained from a certified organic grower.
To prepare: 1 teaspoon of Mushroot Chai Deep Immunitea to 1 cup of water, simmer gently for 10 - 20 minutes. Enjoy!
